RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Our mission is to make life easier for new and expecting parents. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase from The Everyday Mother, we offer a 30-day return policy.


RETURNS:


You will have 30 days, from the date you receive your item, to request a return/exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unused, unaltered, free of customization, and free of damages. It must also be in the original packaging.


Customized items are exempt from full returns, but may be eligible for a partial refund. The Gift Experience, for example, can be partially refunded for the cost of The Everyday Mother book, so long as the book itself meets the above stated conditions.


Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable products, free products, and promotional material/items.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Original purchase must have been made from theeverydaymother.com.


We retain the right to not accept any return/exchange request for an item that does not meet the required condition of being in new condition, unused, unaltered, free of customization, and free of damages.


REFUNDS:


Once we have received your item, we will inspect to ensure that the items are in new condition, unused, unaltered, free of customization, and free of damages. We retain the right to refuse a refund if items do not meet refund criteria.


Partial refunds, for items that are customized such as The Gift Experience, will be in the amount of the items that are not customized. In the example of the The Gift Experience, only the cost for The Everyday Mother book itself is eligible for refund. 


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Credit processing times vary depending on your card issuer's policy.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as per your card issuer's policy. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@theeverydaymother.com. 


SALE ITEMS:


Sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES:


We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@theeverydaymother.com.


GIFTS:


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them about your return.


SHIPPING:


You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with purchasing/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an item refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
